We provide plumbing, heating, gas safety, and related services as described on our website. All work is carried out by qualified, insured engineers. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on your specific requirements and location.
3. Quotes and Pricing
- Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
- Prices quoted are inclusive of labour and materials unless specified otherwise
- Additional work discovered during a job will be discussed and agreed before proceeding
- Emergency call-out charges may apply outside standard working hours
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. For larger projects, staged payments may be arranged.
5. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a charge.
6. Guarantees and Warranties
All work carried out by RH Plumbing and Heatingis guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months from the date of completion. Manufacturer warranties on parts and appliances are provided separately and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
7. Liability
RH Plumbing and Heating carries full public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing issues, damage caused by third parties, or consequential losses beyond our reasonable control.
8. Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. Please inform us of any known hazards, asbestos, or access restrictions before work begins.
